Our facilities around the world operate in the supply chain that keeps our society healthy, nourished and protected. But this commercial reality is not the extent of our Corporate Social Responsibility. Our core values, and the initiatives we support, advance a purpose, fulfilling the needs of industry and community.

Our Core Values
In manufacturing, there is nothing more important than safety, and at Spectrum Plastics, we take it a step further. Safety is a discipline, like any other, and in order for it to be core, it has to be part of our culture, and guarded with vigilance. Safety is both an internal principle, concerning the security of our employees, and an external one, relating to standards are quality that are essential to medical products manufacturing.
There’s nothing worth doing that isn’t done right. And something proper is felt in the gut. You just know it; you feel it. At Spectrum Plastics Group, we emphasize right conduct, not only with our customers, but amongst ourselves, too, as a group together serving a common purpose. Most often that purpose is in support of our customers and industry, but equally important is our proper role in the community, supporting families, advancing education & training, and supporting local sustainability.
Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work. It's what makes a society work. And aligning our minds and efforts around visible objectives helps the team and society achieve success. We call our team approach ‘One Spectrum,’ in which we have a common way of doing things, while serving as a means to nurture fulfilling lives in our families and communities.
