Spectrum Plastics' QMS is evolving to include TS-16949 and ISO-14001 systems and procedures. Internal auditing, employee empowerment, ownership and top management support are key drivers in ensuring that Spectrum's customer-centric business metrics are met. The system ensures communication through all levels of staff and performance directed by routine management reviews.
